Lake fishing has been very good this season and this August has been very good so far. 

Þingvallavatn has been quite good and this August many nice chars has been cought!   Dagbjartur and Perla were fishing there with their father and they got some nice chars.  Here you can see pictures from their fishing trip.

Fish hooked in first cast!

Gunnar Þór Gunnarsson went to lake Úlfljotsvatn and cought this nice brown trout in first cast!  There is a nice season coming up in the lake fishing.  The char is coming near the banks for feeding.  The char is a great fighter and the big brown trout is coming closer.

 

Elvar Örn Friðriksson is a fly fisherman.  He was fishing is Thingvallavatn lake, beat called Vatnskort, when he cought a very nice brown trout.  The trout was 92cm long and very thick as you can see!
